Work Order Raise

There are many places from which to raise a Work Order in Easy PMS Mobile.  Listed below are most common:

 

Home --> Maintenance --> Tasks Due --> WO Raise

Home --> Maintenance --> Tasks --> tap Vessel --> tap System --> tap Sub System --> tap Maintenance Item --> Task screen opens and tap WO Raise

Home --> Maintenance --> Utilities --> Maint Plan or Plan by Item --> tap Item --> Task screen opens and tap WO Raise

Home --> Maintenance --> Reports --> Survey Status -->  tap Survey Item --> Task screen opens and tap WO Raise

Home --> Maintenance --> Reports --> Survey Status -->  CSM --> tap CSM Item --> Task screen opens and tap WO Raise

Home --> Maintenance --> Reports --> Certificates -->  tap Certificate --> Task screen opens and tap WO Raise

Home --> Maintenance --> Reports --> Minor Certificates -->  tap Certificate --> Task screen opens and tap WO Raise

 

When the user taps WO Raise, a Work Order Number is generated and assigned to that item. The date and time the WO is raised is recorded in the WO Log.

Easy PMS Mobile is a paperless package.  Should the user wish to have a hard copy of a Work Order, the user then emails themselves a copy.
